VAPORCUP RETURN POLICY

VaporCup will accept returns for products purchased directly from VaporCup.com as long as the return is within 10 days of the receipt of goods, the item is unopened, unused, and in original undamaged condition.

The customer must contact VaporCup at info@vaporcup.com. If the return is deemed valid, the customer will be issued a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the shipping box the product is being return in. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

When we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund.

After 30 days past the date of purchase, no returns will be accepted, except under the terms of the VaporCup Limited Warranty.

All items shipped to VaporCup without a return authorization number issued by VaporCup will be returned to the sender.
